Apprenticeships
BBC Bircher Smart Access offers apprenticeships for future electronics engineers and business administrators in Beringen, Switzerland.
During each apprenticeship, we place emphasis on developing independence, responsibility, diligence and the ability to apply what you have learned to new challenges. You will discover where your strengths and passions lie and gain a better understanding of the career path you want to take.

Electronics engineers
During the four-year apprenticeship you will design items such as electrical circuits and put prototypes into operation.
You will also carry out tests on devices. This will help you learn the rules of electronics and give you experience of working in a team, as well as enabling you to understand complex logical relationships.
During your apprenticeship as an electronics engineer you will be able to take the Berufsmaturität (Swiss Federal Vocational Baccalaureate).

Business administrator
During the three-year apprenticeship you will rotate through six different business areas:
Logistics, marketing, purchasing, HR, controlling and sales. In each department, you will support the team for six months, getting to know their processes, methods and tools.
As a business administrator you will work closely with various internal roles as well as with customers and suppliers. You will gain a deeper understanding of operational processes through practical application.
BBC Bircher Smart Access offers business administrator apprenticeships with profile E (extended business training) or M (including a vocational Berufsmaturität diploma).
